001
two days on site, one process area

Stop guessing what to automate. See it on one page.

We spend two days on your floor watching one process area do its actual work. Then we hand you a one-page findings note: where it stalls, what that costs you in a year, and the single thing worth building first.

R12,500, and if you go ahead to build inside 30 days it comes straight off the Build Sprint. You pay for the assessment once, either way.

No pitch deck. Thirty minutes. We name the single highest-cost gap and you leave with it.

002
what actually happens

Two days. Here is the whole thing.

Two days on site, in one process area, hard-capped at eight hours. Bring the person who actually does the job, not the person who signs off the invoices. If the honest answer is that nothing here is worth automating, that is what the note says.

First ten minutes — we ask

What comes in, what goes out, who touches it, and what everyone keeps complaining about. No slides. We are on your screen, not on a pitch.

Ten to fifty — we watch the work

We sit with the people doing the work and follow one real process end to end: from the first message that arrives, to the quote, to the booking, to the invoice, to the money landing in the bank. We write the steps down as we go.

Fifty to eighty — we find where it stalls

Every point where somebody retypes something they could have copied. Every place a job waits on a person remembering to follow up. Every step done slightly differently depending on who is on shift. This is the part that usually surprises people, because it is almost never the step anyone points at.

Eighty to ninety — we agree the three

Not twenty ideas. One. The single workflow worth building first, chosen by what it returns rather than what is easiest to demo. If nothing is worth building, we will tell you that before we leave.

Within two working days you get the findings note.

One page. Not a roadmap. Where the process stalls, what that costs you across a year calculated from your own numbers rather than an industry average, the one workflow worth building first, and how long it takes to pay for itself. We do not hand you a twenty-page strategy document you will not read.

It is written so you can hand it to a partner, a bookkeeper, or whoever controls the budget, and they can read it in three minutes without you in the room.

Everything we write is yours. We are not filming your people. If you would rather we worked from notes than observed anyone, say so before we start and we will.

003
the credit

Free for two operators a month, or R12,500. R65,000 to R75,000 to build it.

This is the part that makes the decision easy, so read it properly.

R12,500
You pay today

Two days on site and the one-page findings note. A finished deliverable in its own right, and most of the time it is enough on its own.

R65,000–R75,000
50% to book, balance on handover

The Build Sprint that turns the note into a live workflow. Three weeks, one workflow, built and handed over.

004
is this you?

Tick anything that has happened in the last three months.

Two or three of those is normal. Six is expensive, and it is expensive in a way you can fix without buying a system. If none of them apply, you are probably not the person we built this for — and the free thirty-minute session will tell you that faster than a contract would.

005
what it is costing you

Before you spend R12,500, spend five minutes finding out what the delay costs you.

We are not going to tell you a percentage. We do not know your business, and any number somebody else has measured will not fit what happens in your office. But you can produce your own number in five minutes using records you already keep. These are the four we start with.

1. Unanswered enquiries

Average job value × number of enquiries that never got a reply.

Divide last month's booked revenue by the enquiries you answered. That is your average job value. Multiply by the silent ones. That number is work you already paid to win, and threw away before it started.

2. Quotes that went quiet

Quotes sent with no follow-up × average job value × your close rate.

Close rate is wins divided by quotes sent. If it is ten percent, one extra follow-up on a hundred quiet quotes is worth ten jobs. Most businesses quote more than they follow up, and the gap is usually bigger than the quote is worth.

3. Money arriving late

Invoices issued × average days late × cost of late payment, plus hours spent chasing × your hourly rate.

Ask your bookkeeper for the average gap between invoice date and money received, then count the hours anyone spends chasing. You pay for that twice — once in interest and fees, once in staff time.

4. Getting someone up to speed

Weeks to get a new person useful × your hourly rate × new hires a year.

Be honest about the weeks — most owners undercount this badly. One client runs a sixty-person operations team on documentation we built for them, with answers available out of hours and onboarding no longer depending on who is on shift. Read the Midlands Berry Farm case study.

Add those four numbers up. That total is the thing we are trying to reduce, and the two days on site are how we find out which of the four is the biggest one. Then compare it to R12,500. If the annual total is under that, do not buy this — tell us on the call and we will say so ourselves.

006
before the session

Ten minutes of prep. It makes the difference between useful and wasted.

Not tidy. Open.

You do not need a business case and you do not need to clean anything up. If a customer's name appears in a screenshot, cover it — we are mapping the process, not reading your customer list.

007
questions

Questions people actually ask.

Is anything recorded or filmed?

It is not published, not shown to anyone else, and not used in any marketing. We are now on site rather than on a screen share, so the question rarely arises - but if you would rather we worked from notes than observed anyone, say so before we start.

What happens in the 30 days?

Nothing automatic. No auto-enrolment, no recurring charge, no sequence that signs you up for anything. One follow-up call about ten days in. On day 30 the credit lapses — you can still book the Sprint later, at the full R67,500.

What if the answer is "automate nothing"?

Then that is what we write. It is a real and useful answer, and cheaper than building the wrong thing. You keep the note, and you have not spent R67,500 proving it.

Do you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We build against what you already pay for — WhatsApp Business, your quote template, your accounting package, your spreadsheet. We only suggest replacing something where the replacement pays for itself, and we show the arithmetic first. You own the system and the data.

What happens to our data?

It stays where it is. We build inside your own accounts, on your own logins, with your permissions. We do not export your customer list and we keep no copy. You can revoke our access yourself at handover. If a step needs a third-party service, we name it in writing before it is built. If a step needs a third-party service, we name it in writing before it is built. If a step needs a third-party service, we name it in writing before it is built. If a step needs a third-party service, we name it in writing before it is built. If a step needs a third-party service, we name it in writing before it is built.

What if we only want one workflow?

Then the scope says one. The Sprint is one workflow by design; the number in your signed scope is the number that gets built. If the honest answer is smaller than one workflow, we will tell you and quote less. We will not pad the scope to fill the fee.

008
start

Start with thirty minutes. It is free, and there is no deck.

We will look at how work actually arrives and leaves your business and name the single highest-cost gap. Not three. Not a roadmap. One.

If it turns out to be worth doing properly, the next step is a First-Win Build Sprint — three weeks, one workflow, and the assessment comes off it if you go ahead inside 30 days.
