These terms apply when you use this website. They are plain on purpose: the website is here to explain what Agentcy does and let you contact us. Anything we build for you is covered by its own written agreement, not by this page.

The articles, tools, one-pagers and diagnostics on this site are general information about operational automation. They are not tailored advice — legal, financial, tax, or any other kind — and they are not a substitute for advice from your own professionals who know your business.
3. Our work, our IP
The site's writing, design, code, and brand belong to Agentcy. Client names, logos, and case-study details appear with permission. If something here belongs to you and should not be here, email ai@agentcy.co.za and we will sort it out.
4. Links to other sites
We link to third parties such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and the tools we reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their own terms and cookies.
5. How we run the site
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site's general content, its temporary unavailability, or anything a linked third party does.
